We’d love to share some fun Port of Oakland engagement photos with you on the blog today. S + J are getting married this October at the Foreign Cinema (yes, the amazing restaurant in the Mission district of San Francisco), and they wanted something unique for their engagement session. So S emailed us a few months back and asked if we’d be up for doing a session at a few locations in Oakland/Berkeley including the Port of Oakland. We have never photographed there before and of course we were excited to do a session at some place “new” to us!
We started the session at Temescal Regional Park. J used to hang out there a lot when he was a kid as his parents don’t live far from there. Then we stopped by one of their favorite Oakland hangouts – Top Dog to get a few hotdogs. They were sooooo good! I love how they toast the hotdog buns. Hmmm… yum! And we ended the session at the Middle Harbor Shoreline Park at Port of Oakland.
